Spektrum Binding

I have linked a Spektrum DX6e transmitter (as Trainer) to a Spektrum DX6i transmitter (as Student). My two models fly perfectly when flying only on the DX6e but as soon as you press the trainer button the ailerons offset themselves.
Has anyone an answer to this?

I've heard of issue similar with other brands. Usually fixed with that goof radios trim adjustments.
