I Have The Stock 14 Tooth Spur Gear. If I Get A Spur Gear With Less Teeth Will That Give Me Torque Or Speed??

You will get more torque and less top speed with a smaller clutchbell (that is the correct name for the gear you are talking about).

its opposite with the spur gear though aint it? Lower number of teeth the more speed and less tourqe? More teeth is less speed more tourqe?
