Spaz Stix Color Change Paint?

i have some of this paint coming in the mail, and i know i need to back it with black, but i also have some chrome spaz stix paint for bumpers and acscents

my ? is do i need to spray the chrome last after the black to bring out the colort change, or do i spray the color change, peel off the masking for my chroming bumpers and body trim spray chrome and then back it all with the black?

color change->black->chrome?
or
color change->chrome->black?

when i spray the chrome it is going to cover the entire inside not just the parts I'm chroming as I'm using rattle cans.

I would mask the chrome area. Spray the color change. Back it solidly in black. The spray the chrome area with a few light coats. Then back that solidly in black. I would worry about what could happen to the color change paint if you spray the chrome on befure you back the color change with black. It may alter the effect.
