I have a Speed Master VH-X5 1/10 buggy. It runs great on the stand, without the wheels touching the ground, but the second it put it on the ground to run it it dies. Whats going on here. any advise? On the stand it has great power, but the second i put it down it has no power and dies, i'm stumped

Is the idle set way low? It could be that when it hits the ground it has not enough idle to stay on but when there is no resistance, it can run fine. Try that.

when on the stand, do the wheels ever completly stop spinning? if not, check your clutch spring. your clutch could be engaged fully at all times, so when the wheels hit the ground it stops up the motor
