If you've had BS like this, please share, peace.

That's the exact type of service I got from my lhs. I started ordering online and going to a good hobby shop 3.5 hrs away. Some people just don't understand customer service, so do let them see your money. Some times things a flukes, but that was the type of service that was the norm for me.

My wife and I are going to down to the Champaige Illinois area next month so I will find out. I will let you guys know if they have like a sales room in the main lobby or something.

If so, hell I will just drive down with the warranty parts and exchange them then spend the day shopping the malls. Be quicker than snail mail which only takes a week send and return.
