You should be able to rotate your carb around and use the stock links....?

edit; wait, never mind; just looked really closely at the photos; that's the STEERING links I see. Hmmmm. Sounds like ya got a doosy of a challenge there.

edit2; maybe mount it between the two steering arms with the tmaxx throttle servo mounts....?

i got an idea, if i turn the carb 180* and put an servo under the seat that pushes/pulls it out/in. what do you think about that? and any tips or knowledge about exhaust? thanks

On the exhaust, if you use a .21 header/pipe and run it back along the side, (in a direct line, of sorts... an on-road exhaust/pipe ought to work), that should work.

As for the throttle link, you could stand the servo up, and do a double-cam-pivot, to run around the engine. You could leave the carb as-is, and still have it so the servo pulls the carb.

hum okej? I'm kinda newbie, how do you mean? here what i was thinking , thanks

why not move the stering servo to the other side then have the throtle servo where the steering servo is?

You can rotate the carb about 210 degrees and it would be easier to deal with the linkage:

I know this is a very crude modification of your picture, but it's the best I can do...

theres no brakes, the band wont spin rahetr easy. hum

haha, he talked about brakes, doh. I've spint the carb from the frist pictures, se in the second. diff colored lines where jusst to see they wherr different.

Sorry about that. Didn't realize.

Looks like it's going to be a linkage nightmare. Any idea what sized engine was in it originally? Was it a small block? That would probably explain your space issues. But I couldn't see putting anything smaller than a 21 in something for the snow.

thanks, i acctualy where an 21. But smaller than the 26. and it didnt have any heatsink, was like an plane egine. yupp its kinda tight under the hood, but i can't wait to bash it in the snow =) oh and i took the engine apart today and was wondering how too get the crank out, should i jusst be alittle mad?

You could try heating it with a hair drier then tap on the shaft with a hammer handle (wooden so as to not mar the threads). Normally for me, a few taps with a wooden handle and it comes out.

now I'm close to fire it up, ill post some pictures later, thanks
