Just an update on some of my Zoanthids. Crappy pics and alittle bit of green hair still.

Looking great! Did you buy the big colony that big or has it been spreading nicely?

It was pretty big when I bought it but they all have grown pretty quick. And thanks!

Just a quick pic of my open brain looking bad ass.

That looks awesome. If it wasn't for all the upkeep I'd have one!

Unfortunately the go to silicone for aquariums, GE 1 and GE 2, GE 2 added a mildew additive and DID NOT put it on the label other than a little bitty spot on the back, so no one has any idea of it, doesn't even advertise it on the front label.
So after using a new tube of it on a new 30g sump a couple weeks ago, I've lost TONS of my corals. After a bunch of searching finally found out recently others have had the same problem with the GE2 since the change of ingredients. Got it swapped back to my old sump for now but heres a pic of all the stuff I lost.

Not that I don't appreciate the beauty of the project, and it is beautiful, what's its purpose?, relaxation, exotic fish, micro submarine...

Same point as any hobby, to take all your money.
