Looks cool Lloyd, what kind of detail you got planed for thr front grill, I say primer the front clip, LOL!!!!!!
 
thanksk guys....and yeah, Joe's knows lol.....i dont think i'll primer the entire hood, I'm just thinking a few smaller spots for now but we'll see...
 
yep bmiller, not flat black, but a clod grill.

chelseafc, yeah, just heated up the spots with a small propain torch and then pushed it in.
 
I tried that before, but the body just shrivelled up. I'm not sure whether that was because i got the shell off a cheap rc.
 
i kept pressure behind where i was heating with my hand, never moved at all....its prolly alot thicker lexan than some of the cheaper bodies.
 
well i added some primer...also my wheels should be in today so i can plop them on and get rid of these ugly solid peices. those are the tires I'm using too, rock crushers.

Looks sweet Lloyd, can't weight to see the grill go in, I think that will make a big difference in the over all look, maybe now some simulated bondo or some thing, LOL!!!!
 
Thanks Joe and Curt....prolly start on the grill (if it shows up today) and bumpers. if i get bored i might start on the interior too.
 
ok, i go the grill inplace and the bumper installed along with the winch.
