I asked the people at bego to cancel my order, and refund my money, but they haven't even replied to me at all. So now what do I wait for a reply?
 
OK, got it, cause I was just looking on PayPal site, and it says that if my payment was already accepted then I have to ask the merchant for a refund before I make a claim, but at the same time I wanna be polite enough to genuinely say I gave them the time they needed. So I gave them another couple day after I asked for the refund.
 
There's an old thread, somewhere on this site about a '63 'Vette Lexan body. No one had it in stock, but one company would ship it as soon as they got more. Normally your money won't be collected till the item ships but they took it immediately. After several unanswered emails to them, including the last one where I told them I would be filing a claim, I still got no response.
At first PayPal told me it was too late since it was over their 45 day limit. I explained that I was waiting on a back ordered item for about 2 months and they would not reply to me. The next day the money was back in my account.
Call them, explain what you've been through. They will contact the seller directly. If the seller won't reply to PayPal, you win by default.
