I took apart my tranny and I noticed the slipper clutch looked quite worn, like an old disc brake. Are there any aftermarket slipper clutches that can last longer? I have a FOC tranny and I'm changing all the bearings, perfect time to change up. Thanks for your help.

Did you lose a pad? I don't recall seeing any aftermarket slipper kits. One of the guys I race with lost one of the pads but that was the only incident I recall seeing that involved a slipper on a Revo.

The pads look okay and they're still stuck to it real well. What should a worn slipper look like? Mine looks like an old disc brake that has circular lines all over, as if it was scratched. A new doesn't cost that much, I think I'll just replace it. Thanks.

its fine for your slipper to look like that. after all, the pads are slipping on it constantly. you really can't be too worn on the disc, the only thing you have to worry about is the pads breaking apart - then replace them.
