Here's mine. Mostly stock still save for the RPM gear cover, RPM rear bumper mount, and "custom" body. Still planning on going BL one day, but a crawler has to be bought first...

Well, here's mine after I finally finished the skull project for the paint job. It didn't turn out the best but heck it's all rattle cans and some painted with a q-tip. Sorry took the pic with my cell phone.

slowngreen, what kind of paint did you use to get that awesome flat black look? Have you had any problems with it flaking off?

Its probably just rattle can black, painted on the outside. I had the same thing done in primer gray..... put a layer of silver on the underneith. and flat on the top, it looks cool as hell as it scratches away.

I use Krylon flat black, walmart sells it, i have/had a case, NEVER chips or flakes on me, doesn't really even scratch away very easy, I've used it on many many lids now without any problems, easy applications and killer look! I HAVE TO THANK NCNITRO FOR TELLING ME ABOUT IT CUZ I AM ADDICTED TO SPRAYING IT ON EVERYTHING NOW!

What kind of prep work to the outside of the body before paint is applied?

i just make sure its clean and then just spray away, that Krylon flat sticks perfect, doesn't run like other paint its really really really suprising how well/easy it works. and its cheap.

heres a few of mine, i just it today it has a traxxas velinion brushless system a 5645 hitec steering servo, and i am just using my 6c stick packs to get used to thins thing, and so far i am lovin it!!! and since slowngreen took my idea of flat black :snooty: ima have to wait til it gets a litle beat up before i spray mine lol jk, looks awesome SNG. actually i kind of dig the red on here. as for suspension and anything else, i have no idea, and o yea i also have a set of brand new cac beadlocks matched with some proline switch tires. .. .sorry for babblin, heres some pics!!!
