Slash and rustler?

What is cross compatible on these rigs i want to get some parts for the slash but they are limited so i was wondering what rusty parts would cross over?

I don't think that any of the parts are even similar to rustler parts...

having both rigs I have been thru this so the only things that I know of that aren't exact are the Arms, and I think the front shock tower but thats about it. If you look at the exploded views at traxxas.com you will see that they both use the same part numbers for the majority of the parts.
