Well, as I said in your PM, if you eat the airplane kit, you will sheet balsa for a week.
I'll take a few pics and post them for you tomorrow. On the wing, you probably want to go with monokote, though that takes a special iron.
Okay, I see it's only 8, your time. I guess you already have the sheet? Run glue on all the framework that the sheet will contact, and if it's a flat surface, lay weight on it. If it's curved, drive pins through the sheet into the frame at an angle. Doesn't have to be deep, just enough to hold it. Don't move it around, try to set it right into place, or you'll spread the glue where it won't be holding anything. Sanding comes after it's dry. After it's completely set (give it at least 2 hours) then do the other side. Same for the bottom.
If it's a curved surface, the sheet will curve with the grain.
