Well I poped a cap today and I have 50 WT oil will that be good for the back shocks?

If you are doing a lot of jumping that will help damped it but you are also gonna take a chance of poping the caps even sooner. here is what I Would recommned for lots of jumping ... Metal caps atleast on rear 50weight with 2 pistons thats a good place to start. But with that heavy oil those stock caps are gonna pop even faster man....X

Well really I need all new shocks. Stock leak crap I was just at the Hobby Shop today which is 20 minutes away. Isn't stock OIL 30WT?

Yes stock oil weight is 30. If you are going to refill all your shocks at least replace the caps with aluminum, this will help with the caps popping off, or better yet get a new set of shocks.
