sorry about that i was talking about the ends the hookup to the a-arms

Would you rather have a completely broken shock or a broken shock end??? I prefer just replacing an end.

Whatever your running into to break these on a consistant basis, I'd suggest driving around it.

Otherwise, proline makes some heavy duty ball ends for the turnbuckles. I'm sure with a little file work, you could get them to work.

my maxx has to much a-arm travel and when it leaves the ground on a jump the ball ends brake

Hmmm.... Maybe you should try a weaker spring. Eventually, it's going to destroy your shocks interior instead of ripping the end off.

I'd try backing the ride height collar up as high as it can go to relieve the pressure.

Makeing the end stronger is going to cause more expensive problems down the line.

But like I said, the proline ones are a lot bigger and stronger.

If you cut about 1/4" of fuel line and put it around the rod inside the shock, it acts as a damper when it goes to full extention.

I've read that fuel line detiorates in silicone shock oil.

Put a couple shock shaft o-rings on the shaft under the inner disk to get the same effect without ending up with fuel tubing pieces floating around in there.

you have orig shocks. if so saying you have long shock travel seems like your shock would be coming apart instaed od breaking the end
