i've got some pinion gears i'm sending to someone on the forum
i just wanted to know if I can put them in an envelope and send them with two stamps

I'd recommend putting them in a padded envelope and having them sent USPS Priority Mail. Gives you a little added security.

DO NOT PUT THEM IN AN ENVELOPE... The regular mailing envelopes go through a sorter at the Post Office. It will rip the pinions out of the envelope. I know, because it happened to me..

YEAH! You used a crappy envelope! Cheapskate! :D

I would put them in a small baggie, then use a bubble or padded envelope only. You can also mark the package "please hand cancel".

No stinky envelope! LMAO

If you going to ship Priority, you can get a free box from USPS.

yea dont put um in a reg envelope.. can't put anything hard in those..
