Servos are bugging out on me now..

Just got the center dif put back together and it works great. now i dont understand why my servos are not working. they were both working excellent before i pulled out the center dif. it took me awhile to figure out how the brakes were setup on this but i got it and now my throttle servo just goes one way, either when i turn it on, or in the video as soon as i tap the throttle on remote and let go of it it just winds all the way down. any ideas? not to mention the steering servo is unresponsive. i have almost new batteries in controller and truck. throttle/brake servo is a power racing sg-5010
