I'm assembling my truggy and mounting the steering servo. The manual has different shims for different servos. I am using HiTec, but the manual only lists Futaba, Sanwa, KO and JR. Does anyone happen to know if KO is a different brand name for HiTec?

Hmm I dunno.....but my guess would have been the JR and the Hitec would be the same........arent they both horizon hobbies products? I could be way off here.......just trying to help.

Futaba and Hitec use the same shims on my MBX5 buggy, I don't see why it would be any different for the truggy.

Nope, KO Propo is totally different. I believe you've already got the answer above though. Futaba/HiTec are commonly paired together so I would agree that it'll be your best bet to go that route. Good luck.

Monkey, use the futaba shimming. Ko Propo and JR have a joint venture going no, most of thier new stuff say JRPropo on it. HiTec is not part of Horizon
