i took my servos off to clean them and water proof them, now how do i make sure that they are back on in the right place. i plugged the battery in and turned them on and found where they are center in a nutral position, then placed the so it was center and "ex. the gas is not on at all, and the brakes are not on" did i do this right?

no, it moves, i was just curious if i did it right, i think it looks right, but i was just woundering if i did it the proper way.

I think that's the correct way.

I've made the mistake of putting the servo horns on before turning on the receiver bats and xmitter...

It's best to turn the stuff on, then do what you did.
