I just got a brand new steering servo yesterday..its the sf-50 metal gear servo and I'm having trouble with it. I plugged it into the reciever and the remote is turned on and the reciver is turned on and it turns when i turn left but when i go to turn right the servo vibrates and wont turn right. Whats wrong with it??

What radio? Did you center it before hooking it up to the steering linkage or is it not even hooked up?

Whats 4 mean? Maybe check the trim on your radio or epa's if you have them.

What do you mean by radio? i already messed with the trim and nothin different happens. I called hpi and they just said to send it back but that will be like 3 weeks till i get another one so I'm tryin to figure out whats going on

Your radio is your remote, sorry. If you messed with the trim and nothing happens, I'm not sure what to say, you might be outta luck.

is your stirring link hooked up yet if so take it apart and check the servo by itself if it works like that then you prob just need to center it befor you put it back together hope that helps

no nothing is hooked up to it yet...i dont even have it mounted in my truck yet.

ok plug it in and make sure that it is turning both directions first berfor putting it in . if it is fine just center it when putting the linkage back on and it should word fine if not look to see if it is binding up ( the linkage )

You need to read his first post. Sounds like you got a bum servo. I'd look into something of a little higher quality, like JR or Hightech.
