servo help

dose anyone know what a good replacement servo for the Duratrax SX-100 is? because mine broke and I bought a new one, but they did not have the exact one so i bought some chepo one and the front wheels do not turn as they should.

What ride will this be going in? Not too familiar with Duratrax. Steering or throttle/brake? Budget?

The SX-100 is just a standard plastic geared servo. Which means, it's relativly cheap, slow and weak.

What's your price range? If you want one that's similar, tower notes that the futaba s3003 and s3004 gear sets will work, which means they are both relatively similar.

Also, it's metal geared and uses bearings which means it should live longer. But you will need to use one of the servo horns that comes with it or buy a new servo mounted servo saver for it. Hitec and Futaba servo horns aren't interchangable.

actually i figured out why it was not working there was an adjustment on the controler and i turned it and it worked as it did when i first got it.
