I need help...I unscrew the servo and the thing that connect to it...how do i know which why to put it back? The car should be at half way when its idle right?

Turn your xmitter on, turn your reciever on. Set your servo adjustments on the xmitter (if you have them) to 0 or center. Install horn accordingly once servo's are at there "home" positions. Then you tweak the linkage from there if need be.

When its at home position...the carb should be closed/ open/ or halfway? I just started the car up...the the wheel spin at maximium.

it should be about 2mm open in the carb. About the thickness of a credit card.

hmm when its closed all the way...its more than 2mm. is this suppose to happen.

even when you push the linkage by hand it is? try taking the servo arm off the servo and do the throttle motion. does it still have the problem?

I took the servo arm off and do the throttle motion...when its closed, its still leaves a 1mm opening.
