not sure on the bolt pattern for 1/8 motors. Is it compatible with 540 standards? The motor will be going on a summit transmission.
Awesome looking setups but wow, $330 i was thinking more like 130 for a mamba max pro and 80 or so for a motor.

The bolt pattern is compatible. I don't see anything 1/10 scale sensored packages that can handle 6S. You could mate a 1/10 scale sensored can with the RX8 ESC but that is still in the $300 range.

Why the rx8 over the mmp
I keep having thoughts in the back of my head that this is going to be used in an 1/8th scale app. lol
Yes, the MMP would work but I haven't used one myself to comment on how good it is with a sensored motor.

thanks for the help dom, i decided to go with a holmes hobbies setup instead. It will be crawling more than anything and i couldn't see spending over $300 on the motor/esc for a trail rig.
