any got any success full methods for getting old stripped screws outta these dang things??

Screw outs work good, however, there are a few tricks you can use. If they are cap head screws, you can grab the screws with a pair of pliers. Flush-head screws, you can use a Dremel with a cut-away disc and slot the screws.

If you don't have a Dremel, Walmart has a $10 cheapo that'll do the job.

i find that the easiest way and by far the most value-for-money way is to invest in a set of... how should i explain this? its tapered like a long , fat needle with left hand screw threads. all you have to do is drill a small hole, and as you screw the needle thing. as it tightens, it takes out your screws. simple. damn useful when your like me doing everything yourself and accidently break a screw head or strip the threads.
less than $20 at you local hardware shop (wallmart might have it). best investment you will ever make.

+1 on the Sears screw extractors. I use other easy outs for work but the problem with RC screws is they are so damn small. These are a one stop shot too, no changing bits and they work very well. I also use the dremel/cut off wheel.

Get the screw out, then get a Tony's screw kit, QUALITY QUALITY screws

Good tools and good screws are the first step.
Thy heating them up if your having trouble (Before You strip them).

Treu Ed, and if you use thread lock(you should metal to metal), heating it up with a sod iron will help break it down.

thanx guys i was pretty pissed when i scheared of a screw in my alum rc10gt a-arm mounts and now i have two strip trans screws ill have to get some of those extractors
