DK makes their bikes here. (at least they did when I was still keeping track of BMX) I don't think any of them you find in a department store are made in the states, but they're all owned by Pacific cycles, anyway.
There are also a number of smaller companies out there that make their stuff here. S&M comes to mind.
I don't know who owns Huffy these days, but they were building some pretty decent bikes in the last half of the 90s. You wouldn't find their good bikes in the department stores, though. The good ones were only sold through bike shops, and mail order. They've recently gotten out of the high end market, though.
