Nitroking there are guys that have done it. The wheel hexes are a different size all together and you wanna put 40 series on it?? Man you had better beef up your gearing and drivetrain is all I have to say brutha.

well i am cause i am gonna buy all around cvds, and and diff gears.

Check out the pro-line Masher and Masher 2000 you can see a pic of the original Mashers in my gallery, nearly 5" tall. After I get the overhaul done I'll post pics of the new Masher 2000's. They're regular 2.2 size tires. I've heard of a few bashers that don't go for the CVD cause they've busted them with killer torque. I've heard of cvd's giving out but I have yet to twist a dogbone. (plus they cost more). What motor are you running, you're going up in gearing with the increased tire size so i'm hoping it's not the anemic .15FE Good luck and check out kedars site ton's of good info and mods here. (I hate if it sounds redundant cause I stick it in every other post.....but......if you got a HPI NMT this site is a lifesaver.)

Kedar's site is great for NMT tips. He has pretty much done everything to his truck. I am pretty much done modding my truck. I am running the Masher 2K's on it and they really hook up. They even aren't bad for running of pavement. I need to get a two speed and some on road's though. Definitely beef up the diff gears. Those pot metal gears just suck. Get the RS4 3RTR gears they are much better construction.

Ya you can do it but i think that you are gonna have to beef up a bunch of things after you do it.....Nick

THanks, i am gonna stick with my stockers for now.i need a lot mor needed parts

Ya there is nothing wrong with the stock ines it is cool though. But just save up more money so you can buy those other ones and more parts. Then you wil like them......Nick
