Team Losi took the Mini-T retro by creating the Mini-Baja Bug body and now completes the package with their new front and rear sand tires. The LOSB1154 Mini-Wedge and LOSB1165 Mini-Paddle tires are just like those found tearing up deserts and sand dunes from coast to coast. Whats does the wedge do? I can't see how it gets grip?

They are sand tires. So the wedge is used just for steering. The rib digs into the sand and basically acts like a rudder. I'm sure the tire is generally useless on any other type of terrain...

I would like to see some rooster tails with a mini-t and these would work great
