any servo/radio suggestions?i only want to spend bout 400.00 for radio and servos and this is the area i know least about.any help from you guys is appreciated.
youll just about blow your budget on servos !!!!!!!

not really. the airtronics combo 94357/94358 can be had for around 230 at tower. which leaves plenty for a mid range fm radio of your choice. i have the hitech 5945/5925 combo and love it, this pair will set you back about 190-200. any of todays computer fm radio's will suit your needs so just pick something that you prefer.

well I've got the steering built and I'm wondring if ill run into any problems skiping the motor install sections for the time being?I'm saving for the v-spec but id like to continue the build as far as i can take it tell i can pickup the motor, pipe and servos.

you can build the entire car without the motor

i would upgrade the screws the screws on the diff cases will tend to back out, upgrade the stock chassis braces they will tend to pop off when the car lands off of a jump, spend the money for a good steering servo like a 94358,the stock set up thats in the manual is a good place for you to start on the chassis set up,I'm also not a big fan of the aluminum clutch shoes that come in the kit to much maintenance, you can buy the carbon shoes from kyosho or use a fioroni sliding clutch. :2cents:

I use the black shoes with just a bit trimmed off of them. I just make sure they don't get to shiny and the last me for quite awhile.
