RC Driving Style
  1. Bashing
  2. Racing
i have a rustler and my father runs a tmaxx, we built a little track on an extra piece of property we have and just pretty much bash!( theres no point in racing my rustler has the 3.3 and his tmaxx only has the 2.5) but does have the 2 speed tranny. he stays close for a minute but being a big 4 wheel drive he doesn't have the handling i have! ok so i have 2 questions...

1. is there any type of a tranny upgrade or a 2 speed tranny for my rustler? with a 3.3 and a single speed i know I'm losing some power.

2. are the k&n style air filters worth buying? I'm seeing good and bad things everywhere! if not what is a good air filter? both of them have factory filters!

K@N filters don't filter small enough particles to be effective on a rc vehicle. They just do damage. Motor Saver filters are a good upgrade.

could you post a link to 1 u suggest?

just put motor saver rc filter in ebay and get any one there is new i would say

but dont just go on what i say but thats what i would do

the 3.3 is on the rusty is tuned damn near perfect, i mean the thing is quick! just saying that i didnt think the 3.3 with a single speed wouldn't be working to its full potential!
