Whenever i hit the brakes on my RS4 the car will do a 180 turn every time. I have spacers in my shocks to stiffen the ride, I'm using the standrad shocks that come with the rtr. Alloy Shock towers aswell. How can i setup the car so that braking is gradual and i can handle round corners ?

Don't slam on the brakes, gradually pull them. Do you have fuel tubing on the brake rod that pulls the brake lever?

On my HPI I loosened the brake plates so that it doesn't grab the brake as hard and slowes me down just enough to stop or go around corners without spinning out.

Dez - follow Team's advice about loosening the brake a bit to soften them up a little - but also keep in mind this wonderful phrase: physical forces of race cars. The reason you are pulling that fabulous 180 is due to a setup issue. if you spin around as u state under braking, then that means the rear of the car is locking up and the front isnt. U need to increase traction in the rear during braking. This can be done by adjusting the rear shocks and making them softer, and increasing the rear droop aprox 2mm. Also, if it spins when u brake in a straight line, and doesn't stop straight, then you also have some chassis tweak going on. if it spins to the right, then loosen the back left shock more than the right one. Vice versa for the other way. hope these tips help.

If you would like more linear braking there are a few things that you could do, I have a piece of fuel tubing in my brakes that allows the brakes to be applied more smoothly. But it really does sound like a setup issue

Hi am new here.. I had the same problem on my SNR and it turns out that a dog bog fell out when i crashed it... (newbie) curbs sucks... but you may wanna check that..
