if you have bought the a arms from rpm did you have to buy differnt hinge pins mine are to short
 
I have seen some people have problems and others not. I have used them with RC Solutions bulkheads and RD Logics bulkheads and stock Pro .15 bulkheads and I had to take my dremel and sanding drum and take a little bit off all the edges for all three or they would bind and I could not get the c clips on. It's well worth the little effort needed to make them fit right.
 
You didn't happen to accidentally use the lower pin in the upper arm did you? I did that once when I wasn't paying attention. The lower pins are shorter than the upper ones.
