The pro-line static winches cost almost that much, and are no where near as cool.

Yea, i think imma do the build, and I'm going to use dual traxxas waterproof servo's, and the waterproof Traxxas XL-5 ESC. So all i need to figure out is the reciever. Probably gona make a little plastic box or somthing.

actually in all seriousness the dx3r is so perfect because the third pos stay flipped either way you flip it so you dont have to keep holding the switch, will be sweet with the winch.
