yes. The airbrushes were put away long time ago after all the base colors inside and out were shot.
New everything is done with brushes.

how much are airbrushes, because i want to get a new shell for my XTM rage, and i want to paint it myself because I've never done it before.

There are a lot of cheap little 'sprayers' out there, but a good airbrush will be $75 and up to over 300. You'll also need a small compressor and a holding tank.
Never buy cheap brushes unless you want hairs and bristles stuck in your work.
Buy a few 'purpose built' brushes for specific needs, and just take VERY good care of them.

Gone - bye bye.
I would guess about a year, because he will continue to make and find lil scale pieces to add and details to add in over time. Heck, the Savage has been under construction since November I believe and it's not finished yet. https://www.rcnitrotalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55427

I just got back from HobbyTown where I picked up some extra materials for the Ugly Truckling. A friend that works there went to the owner and said a guy had purchased all his paints from them, and he had to see how they destroyed the body.
I also checked out it's size on the Axial Crawler chassis. That just might be what will go under it.

I got my hammer tires with memory foam and my heavy duty lockers and gear set today. The tires are so soft and cuddly, I might just have to get another set to replace the teddy bear that I sleep with. The axial kit is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

I almost came home with a set of rims and tires that had the right "truck" look and the right scale for this lid.
Well, turns out that they're popular on the Axial, so I can get them and rust 'em up for a static display till I get the kit crawler.
