I just got in the rod ends that I ordered. Now seeing them in person they look like the rod ends for camber links. I wanted the rod ends shocks so I can rebuild one of the ultra shocks I have laying around. I think I ordered the long version of them. I will order the short version of them or I might get the rpm rod ends. I will keep the ones I just got in just in case I need to rebuild camber links.

Not sure what shocks, but the stampede shocks (I think they are called ultra) use these:

The GTR's use these:
https://traxxas.com/products/parts/5469

I'm not sure what the real difference is between them, but the "rod end" ones are usually larger thread for the shaft, like 4mm or 5mm depending on what your buying vs 3mm for the shocks.

I think both the 1942 and 5469 will work on either shock, but the neck size is different, so may have issues fitting the cups on them if you use the wrong ones. The ones for the GTR's are beefier in general though, so may be worth dremeling out your cups to fit the larger 5469 rod end if your a heavy basher.
