i have been doin a little leg work on these rock crawler kits for a clod. any good words on the gecko 60/40 kit or the stick kit?

I have a gecko 60/40 and it was my firt crawler. Roger (RCGUY) is local to me and is really nice to deal with. I dont do any comps or anything with it but its alot of fun to crawl with. The stick looks cool but I myself am goin to try a Pimp Cane next.

i am not lookin to do any comps (dont think they even have any in fl) but i do want to whip a?? at the local rock pile. i mean after all it is my pile!

yep

TheCrawlerStore has the two best kits on the market currently. The Stick and the NN. Both very simple, light and effective designs. I have one stick truck that is a basic copy of there's (most of the parts are readily available) and I'm constantly amazed at what it can tackle.

The Gecko Kit is not at all bad and would be a ton of fun, but if you want something of that sort, look up M&L art here or here if you're in california
Same basic idea, but alot cheaper and Fred is a REALLY great guy and makes EVERY kit by hand.

Definitely a few different levels between the stock clod and the best comp crawlers.. for me it's all or nothing..
