Robmob V SweetDiesel The race is on!

This Sat. Oct 28th Petaluma CA HobbyTown raceway.
Robmob and his STR will take on Sweetdiesel and his Brushless Truggy. Ill be several laps behind with my XB-8.

It will be 2 heats (on road track) followed up with a main event.
Starts at 11:00 am

Their will also be a MT class that will include both electric and Nitro combined. I will have my Stock E-Zilla and Robmob will be running his brushless E-Maxx in reverse as well as 4-5 other entries.

If your in the area come by and join us. There will also be a class for on road and 1/18th

Had a great time today racing.

We represented TEAM RCNT well with a first place ribbon, 2 second place ribbons and a 3rd place ribbon. Of course in 1/8th scale Dom and I were the only ones running so 2 ribbons were guaranteed but that is besides the point.

It was laid racing and most importantly extremely fun.

I can't wait to do it again in 2 weeks.

I had a great time with today. I think the laugh of the day came when Eddy asked to drive my truggy, and 30 seconds later....showed me the weak point on it by smacking it into a board and breaking a hub, before the race even started. LMFAO Hobby Town had a hub from the Inferno GT that fit so everything worked out.

Highlight race moment was the second heat when Eddy and Rob battled it out the entire race in the MT class, switching between 2nd and 3rd. They ended up crossing the finish line at the same time, down to the tenth of a second. It was a very fun race to watch.

Overall I had a great time, thanks for the invite Eddy.
