THe axle carriers ok still? I am getting a complete RPM line up.. Arms axle carrriers on all four corners. The bumpers maybe not... Curious to see how they can be fixed. Thought they would be trashed.

Thats pretty crazy lol

As for the RPM carriers...I like'em but I've broken one before. The cool thing was RPM replaced it no questions asked.

I've had my pivot balls pop out of my RPM carriers a couple times so far. Only when I run the stock wheels/tires. On rough landings, the rim digs into the dirt and doesn't slide, which creates so much force it pops the balls out.

Since I switched to aftermarket maxx sized tires/wheels, I haven't had it happen.

What happened? Did you get this fixed?

Nothing was broken I put it back together and it's all good. Getting those dust boots seated on the carriers was a bitch but other than that no problems.

i have the RPM axle carriers... still popped a ball when i slammed into a tree... i really need to get a new servo. i'm running a single servo setup... with one stock traxxas servo. doesn't always turn when i want it to... haha.

Doesn't it wear the hole out when they are yanked out?

I'm sure it would after 50 times... But the second time I popped it back in, it was just as annoying as doing it the first time. Sure, I could have taken the time to back out the ball and ball cap, but putting the caps in was a PITA! Very tight fit! I used a drill and it still was tiresome.

EDIT: This with RPM carriers by the way. Stock ones just break.

I was very surprised that nothing was broken, they seem as tight as ever. I thought about trying to push the balls back through but these are stock parts and I didn't want to take a chance on breaking them.

This must be an issue with the RPM carriers. The only thing that was a PITA for me was the dust boots.
