reverse wheel spin?

Got my tmaxx classic back together after replacing bulkheads and a arms, but now the left wheels spins backwards and the right spins forward same thing in the rear what did I do wrong?

Mistake I picked it up and noticed while it was running the front is turning backwards and the rear is turning fine is the gear case replaced backwards I'm assuming

Your front diff went in backwards. Flip it and you'll be fine.

Just make sure your test run was in forward and not reverse. If you had it in reverse then it's the rear diff problem.
