Stick it in the oven in your wife's BEST cookie pan then start banging the bearings out (lightly so as not to damage the engine) on her BEST cutting board.

Sorry Rolex, I stole your wife joke--and beat you to it :D
 
In some cases I suppose if the block gets hot enough the bearings just fall out on their own. But you may still have to bang it on something.
 
you shouldnt use a torch it cooks up way to hot if you have plastic retainers or teflon seals you screw'em...notice from o.s engine wich hav that kind of bearing in the engine ...heat them up to 200f 220f max and you should be okay.

you can aslo try to cool down the bearings only..that might be less damaging tho i dunno how you could do it
