recommend 2.4gHz module for 3PK/S

Okay I've been bouncing back and forth about what to do with my Futaba 3PK. It still has the FM module that it came with in it. But I want to upgrade. I bought it used and I'm not sure if it's a 3PK or 3PKS.

That said what 2.4gHz module would you guys in the know recommend? The only two I've found are from futaba and Spektrum and then again what's the difference between the 3PK and the 3PKS and how wouold that affect the choice?

Any thoughts/links where to buy would be appreciated.
