reciever help!

i got the new spektrum 4210 reciever. When i went to install it he plugs on my truck are diffrent and wont plug into the reciver. the plugs on the truck have an extra fin on the side where the reciever is cut square. do they make plugs i can bye to switch them over? the truck is a Traxxas stampede. any help is greatly appreciated!!! thanks in advance!

Just shave off the extra bit on the side with an Exacto knife and you'll be good.

thats what I did with mine, many others have too. RC's are about customizing and adjusting things to your needs, there is always a way around something.
