I'm having an issue with my steering,

Everytime I turn left or right, it effects the throttle/brake.

The throttle/brake is fine when operated alone, but when sttering it locks out, and the ''interferance'' overides it.

Can anyone help, as its doing my box in, and now the aparent reason for my earlier smash.

I'm a total noob, so even if its simple please lemme know.

Cheers

We need to know what kind of transmitter you're using.
It could be a "mixing" issue.

Hi there, the handset is just a black generic moulded plastic one, with no name.

It came with my FTX Outrage, as I'm just starting out, didnt wanna break the bank.

Its a 06 (purple) 27.095 Mhz crystal. If that means anything

Well, for starters it's an AM. That's subject to the most interference. Take it to a park or an open area and try it there. You might be getting interference from power lines, transformers, CB radios, etc.
If it still does it, let us know.

Good Advice Rolex! I live in the sticks and can drive with my am all day. If I bring it to my job (Center of the city) all I have to do is turn it on and the steering starts to have an epileptic seasure!!!!

I still have all my am radios as well but from what I understand there arent too many of us that still use em as everyone has fm now adays. Seems like a reasonable price for a solid upgrade to your tx/rx
