Reading Rc6gs v3 rx 7 channels with sbus

If I hook the receiver Channel 7 sbus to a microcontroller, can I control all 7 channels through the micro controller or should I hook each channel separately to an input pin and set all 7 channels to pwm?

I want to read inputs and write outputs to control a 4in1 esc with dshot and 2 servos
