Can CH3. And CH4. Be set up to run a servo, or are they only able to be set up as basically an on-off switch? I'm playing with the idea of building a truck with a winch boom for recovery purposes. I am also looking for ideas on stand alone transmitters that aren't expensive that will control a full turn servo for a winch. Most transmitters I have seen, the extra channels are just on-off switches, and I'm looking for full control of the winch servo.

Here is the manual

rc4gs manual

I don't have a rc4, but i do have a rc6.
I wanted to control a servo for adjustable trim on my boat.

The easiest way. for me was to assign it to the vr knob, that would give full control.
Otherwise I could assign it to a 3 way toggle switch, but that would only move the servo to a set position, yes you could adjust it somewhat with the trim knob.
I didn't need full movement, so adjusted endpoint travel.

Your application would be diffrent.
