All races are posted along with duration in seconds and grip percentage.

All I have to do now is create the actual races in VRC.

Racing begins on Monday.

Should of made one or two of the ovals really really low on grip like 70% or something, that would really throw a curve ball. I like knowing the percentage early this time, nice touch Rob.

Curtis nor darkslayer have posted, guess they arent planning to run any more?

I thought for the winter you were going to lower the grip levels. I see 3 at 100% or more in the reg series and 7 in the oval series.

You decided to make the fast lap only a 1/2 point?

I made some adjustments to grip once I found out the range I have to work with.

Didn't plan on exceeding 100%, but Sydney and San Paulo are in warm climates so I jacked the grips there just for fun.

I lowered the fast lap to 1/2 point because the point difference between 2nd & 3rd on down is 1 point. It is not right to get 2nd place in a race and have the 3rd place driver end up with the same point amount as you just because he had a fast lap.

both series look great Rob! The change of grip from one week to the next is gonna be kick ass. HUGE thanks for you taking the time to put all of this together for us.

Perhaps he will do a single article that will cover both oval and on-road events.

We'll just ban Randy if he doesn't do it. :hehe:

I think if you finish third and have the fastest lap you deserve the point. 1/2 point is worthless.

As for the news articles - as my dad always said,I'll take it under advisement.

Not correct. The fast lap bonus is 1/2 point closer to worthless. LOL

In the oval series, and even the regular series, how come right before the % of grip, there is a number like 960, or 1080... What do they mean, because I see a kakegawa 960, and a kakegawa 1080. What are the differences?

That number is the race duration in seconds.

Just one more question right now, how do we know what car to use? Does it change each race, or do we use whatever we want. I like using the 1/8th scale, but i dont know if it is only 1/10 or something like that. Sorry for all the question, I'm a newb in this.
