Are you running the low-power engine again?

Of course. I love running this track with the slow engine. The layout suits it well due to the tight lines.

The problem is that I have to be near perfect every lap to do well. The best I have laid down is 41 laps with a fast lap of 16.72 in practice.

Running the fast engine I have a fast lap of 16.38, but I am not near as consistent and with the pit stop my best was 41 laps in practice.

Your time is right at the limit of what I can do with the slow engine. I will have to be perfect to do it. Taking one turn too wide or a tangle with an AI and it's over.

I'll sleep on it and see if I can motivate myself to give it a go tomorrow.

To be honest though, you had a great run and I don't think I can match it.

Funny thing is my best runs are my races, I never run that many laps in practice,I only could get 38 this week. But my fast lap in practice was 16.1. I was hoping a to break into the 15's.

The 42 laps was more than I figured on,I only was hoping to get 40- 41. That last lap was the slowest because after I crossed the start when it announced lap 41 and still hadn't said to "finish the lap you're on",I got so excited knowing I had 42 that I couldn't concentrate on running :hehe:

Thanks

Pete got 39 on his 2nd run. Nice job Pete.

I'm going to chill at 40 and see what he does on his final run if he takes one.

I was sure I would make my third run but Like you said earlier, one bad bobble or getting into it with an AI car and the run is toast. I got bumped a couple of times but I was able to keep it on the track, I'm worried my luck might run out on the last run.

I ran the low power on my second run wich helped me improve alot but that was all out for me. I think I need to do something to it to make it a little quicker.

I totally bombed on my last run! I went in the grass a few times, got spun once and my screen saver kicked in on lap 31. Now to try an figure how to run that stupid circle....I hate speedway!

PS. using the keyboard for 16 minutes hurts your fingers

No, I'm a machinist

I think Randy is making hop ups for his car, I thought I saw something resembling a flux capacitor at the track.....did anybody inspect the car after his run?

Too bad you didnt finish the first two runs darksaylor. But other than that, that looks like a good run imo. Theres a real good chance I wont beable to beet it.

Best to always complete a run no matter how bad you mess up.

You may actually put down the fastest lap in the run and if you have a DNF, we will never know.

Plus it's good practice.

Congrats on finally making a race darkslayer. I will be adding you to the points standings.

thanks for the tips guys. the only actualy events that I've competed in are VRC's events where you get over 100 runs. i know I'm late in but lets see how bad i can actualy do lol

Better late than never.

Over half the season is still left and there will be a 16 race winter season following his one.

I can't plan that far ahead. LOL

These tracks may be added though since some of the guys have used their track credits on them.

Halifax
Boss Speed
Lostallo

Will they be covered in snow?:hehe:

We won't be seeing grip levels over 100% that's for sure.
