Well I almost wasn't going to run, I'm sore and worn out from helping my brother lay 18sq of shingles this weekend and one bad nail shot to my leg(stupidity happens :shrug

But I turned on the tx,ran a couple of warm up runs and put in my times. Looks like you win Josh,I got screwed on the 4th lap. Had to marshall at the end of the front straight but it wouldn't work at first then it marshalled me twice
Oh well,I tried to give you a run.

Hey, you beat me in qualifying!

It was not as difficult as I thought it may be with no sound. Although, I'm more familiar with Lux than most other tracks.

I don't know how,you really had a slick track for qualifying. Overall Lux is one of my favorite tracks I just don't like how the game is inconsistent on what I can do around that turn on the end of the front straight.

I have never noticed an inconsistancy problem there. Maybe inconsistancy with my driving The key to that is braking early enough to get the car turned in. Pros, nearly don't turn right at all, just two left handers. You're line has to be perfect to pull that off though.

I know my driving isn't the best but the game is inconsistent on that turn. In the pic below, if I drive the white line area I can actually jump the curb thingy and pretty much do the no right turn thing but if I'm around the blue line or further in, if I even touch that curb it makes me marshall back.

The timing was just bad for me. I would have loved to run some races had this mini season started a few weeks later.

Sorry I haven't been into the winter series.

This is the time of year I spend many many hours playing the 360 due to all the new games that come out. LMAO

oh no! Not at all. I'm frustrated that I'm out two races though. I figured this would be a good way to test this points system for the long 2010 season. It seems the more this thread stays alive on the weekend the better chance I will not forget. I've been extremely busy lately with the holidays and my new role at work. It's been stressful but in a positive way.

Updated the points standings. Randy's got a huge lead on my with my no-shows. Joe, you gonna be able to make it in today? I think Randy is polishing up nicely and will be a threat on a regular.

It looks like we were fairly close until I goofed up my last lap.

I'll be racing,probably won't be able to practice any before hand though.

Aint' no thing. I don't put more than 15 minutes of practice in before I Qual.

I can't, unfortunitely my charger and usb adapter is still packed since I moved, and my batteries are dead. I will make an effort to get my poop together before next week though.
