Can't wait to see how much your lap times improve!

Old place threw you out, did they?
Nah. Just that most of my old friends race carpet and don't like dirt really. But the old local carpet track from last summer, that fell apart quick. Only lasted 9 months.

Yeah, that seems off to me but its been a long time since I raced too.
Maybe they built better carpet back then? 🤣🤣🤣

I'm good on tires for carpet for the buggy and mini b. Fuzz bites I have now and probably work the best. From my experiences. On indoor dirt we just use slicks and tire sauce and send it.

Was planning to get new carpet tires for the slash and another set of wheels for the already existing carpet tire set I have for the rusty but I'm unsure if I can race them at the track I'll be mainly racing at for the winter season 😬

I really haven't tested or cared how long tires lasted on carpet. My first set of carpet buggy tires lasted me about 4 months before the fronts worn down with 0 traction at all. With that being going for practice every other weekend or 2. When I started racing I was using pin swags and lasted be a good month before I got fuzz bites. Those fuzz bites I still have only have 2 track days on them and are still like new, and are super traction. Now on indoor dirt, on my first set I got a year out of them (they were bar tires), and they didn't start wearing down till I went to running indoor dirt consistently (earlier this year). My slicks lasts about a good month of racing before they are worn down bad and the rubber starts getting holey and you start seeing the insert lol.

Also not to mention with indoor dirt, the tire sauce makes the rubber softer so there's that

Are your friends sissies, or do their moms get mad at them if they get dirty? 🤔 😜

Builds are great and entertaining ,,, but,,,,,, what do you do when you run out of space, I've built,,,,hmmm,,,,, I'm just gunna say to many ? And I sure can't drive them all , contemplating selling a lot of STUFF AGAIN !! That way I can afford that hummer I've always wanted 🤣🤣🤣

collect for what I want if I need to get rid I’ll sell 🤣

Tastes change, and there is always something cool out there, that is calling your name. My problem is even if I wanted to sell something, I hate the hassle of doing so. Most of the time I just gift it if I don't need or want it anymore.

I got rid of a bunch of RC planes that way because I needed the space. I think that's why I love my mini crawlers so much. 🤔
