I don't know. That is almost a half pound of added weight to that rig. Makes it a little too top heavy IMO. Also, does the Slash really need one? I have yet to hurt mine despite who knows how many trips on the lid.

Good point.

RCA... You cannot fix it. Don't even bother.

As far as the rollcage is concerned. From what I understand the Slash is probably one of the toughest trucks you can buy RTR. IMO, the money would be better invested in something else.

you can drill out the holes bigger get ride of some weight imo
Sure you can qarrt.....go for it. You need to lighten up that Rusty chassis of yours too. Best way to do it is drill 1/4" holes in a straight line across the entire chassis not LESS than 1/8" apart. Do that in several areas and you will have you an 80mph ride with all the weight shaved off. It will jump better since it will be lighter too. Let me know how it comes out.

Naw not in Qarrt's Rusty! That only happens in other people's stuff. In his world our physics that we live by simply don't exist. I figured you would know that by now!

I have the RC solutions cage on my Revo because it spends time at the skatepark but yeah its too top heavy for any racing but its strong as hell. and yes I have stood on top of the cage, just had to.

IMO roll cages should only be on MTs. Like said, a roll cage adds a lot of weight. This drastically reduces performances, which is why you rarely see then on buggies or truggies. Maybe if there was a custom plastic roll cage it would work.

I am a slow learner. Or I am stubborn as hell...

I wana go to quaart land.... seems like a fun place to visit.

Careful, you may not find your way back...
