BBQ possible on the Sunday of the bash or even he evening of Saturday? Food, drink and nitro ... YEEEEEEES! Ok, just thought I would kick this post up to the top just in case womeone doesn't see it or hasn't heard about it.
 
I'm sure a BBQ is possible. jeff could prolly throw his in the back of his pickup and bring it to where ever we bash. burgers are good with nitro sauce right?
 
fuckin great. Since I took this new position at work I had to change my vacation so it didn't cross up with someone elses... I think I should still be able to make it though. How late do you guys plan to bash on Sunday? what's the approx. start time?
 
I don't know. I'll probably leave on Monday morning so it all depends. If we cut out early then maybe that evening. I'd rather start fresh in the morning after a good nights sleep. Unless I have poeple with me that need to go to work on sunday, that's a different story as well.
 
I figure there's a supermarket there so we can all probably decide and just chip in and go shopping.
 
Not yet. I figured that since it's going to be an off season period during the bash, I can hold off for a bit. Plus I wanna see where everyone else is staying so I can book there as well.

yup, easy enough. should we decide to BBQ at 3am, there is a 24hr Giant foods 3 blocks from my apt.
 
Sounds good, bbq while we clean the buggies with simplegreen and compressed air ... LOL. I wonder if I'll even spend enough time in the hotel to justify payment!
 
why not take the compressor and simple green in the hotel rooms. no sense in me cleaning up my bathroom tub and sink when your paying a maid to do it anyway. LOL!
 
That's a good idea ... no really! Too many guys cleaning means it's gonna be a big mess that none of us want to clean. Call for room service, sounds good ot me.
 
I mite be able to come on over to bash.. Ill let you know In a week...I really want to meet you guys.
If I do I will bring my monster beetle and my bike..I will have to ship them to some one though

Is any one else going to stay at the hilton???
 
Really? Well, if that's the case, the more the merrier! I'd contact corrado for shipping. You can ship it to me but do you want it back? lol. All joking put aside, I'm sure something can be arranged. I don't know where I'll be staying yet. I'll make a decision once everyone chimes in. Hope to see you at the bash!
 
I will make my reservations next week..I will be there..Want to split a rent a car?? or are you driving?We can beet the piss out of it LOL

I'll be driving down. It's only a couple hours drive. HMMMMM, let's set up a ramp to jump the rental car. Get insurance at the counter! And we WILL be taking video.

WOW, just looked at reserving a room at those hotels ... a bit pricey! Anything else around there for less than $140/night? mmmm, HoJo is fine with me ... after all, I'm only sleeping there. Who wants a bunk mate! I'm not sharing a bed. :boxing:

ill make a few phone calls about rooms. can we get a count on how many rooms we need total. my brother's fiance's sister in law (yeah i know how that sounds) works for a hotel and apparently can hook up rooms pretty cheap anywhere in the country. ill see what i can do about that, and if it doesn't work out, ill call some other hotels to get rates.

and zandor, or anyone else, you can ship whatever you need to my place, i can store it till you get here.
